Fran has been a Lake Area resident and business owner for 40 years.  She and her husband Dick Johnson have 4 children and 13 grandchildren.  Fran has a lively, vivacious drive for life and is passionate about people and her community.  The goal of her website is to bring you one click closer to your home and comfortable living surroundings.

 

Fran’s love of the lake area and her 25 + years experience as a lake area Realtor, bring a level of enthusiasm her clients enjoy. Virginia is a native of the Ozarks and has always loved the natural beauty of the Lake of the Ozarks.  She has been a highly successful Realtor at the Lake since 1994.

 

Virginia believes in the value of continuing education in the real estate industry.  She holds her Broker’s license and has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR) & Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).  She is a graduate of the Luxury Home Institute, and most recently obtained her Resort & Second Home Property  Specialist designation (RSPS), to better serve her clients. 

 

Growing up in Missouri has taught Virginia that working hard, being honest and following through on the things you’re going to do are the only ways to conduct yourself in business. 

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

Tammy Rosenthal, Real Estate Consultant

CDPE, RSPS, ABR, CRS

 

Tammy Rosenthal is a 1995 graduate of MSU with a Bachelors degree in Biology.  Tammy and her husband Dale along with their son Nick relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2005.  In the lake area there was not an opportunity for her to obtain a position using her degree.

 

In 2006, Tammy joined the Fran Campbell Team.  Tammy started out as the office manager and closing coordinator.  Soon she realized that she really enjoyed the Real Estate profession and decided that it was time for her to take the next step and obtain her Real Estate license. 

 

As the closing coordinator for the Team, she learned what it takes to get to the closing table.  With this experience Tammy can ensure that your transaction will go as smoothly as possible.

 

Tammy has a deep understanding for her clients needs and brings professionalism and knowledge.  She is extremely personable which help make her clients feel very special.  Her clients truly enjoy working with Tammy.

 

 

 

 

Sophia Marr, Real Estate Consultant

Sophia Marr joined Fran Campbell Team in 2010 as the Listing and Marketing Coordinator and later enthusiastically transitioned to the position of Real Estate Consultant, even winning the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors® "Rookie of the Year" her first year in sales. She is smart and energetic and works tirelessly to advocate for her clients interests. She is a bright professional who will ensure your home sale or purchase runs smoothly and efficiently. 

 

Sophia is married to Master Sergeant Matthew Marr of the Missouri National Guard and they have 3 beautiful children, Gavin, Griffin and Grace.

 

    

Kerry Goodwin, Closing Coordinator

 

When you have made the important decision to buy or sell property, and when a contract has been agreed upon, the next process is getting the sale complete and closed as smoothly as possible.  Fran Campbell Team has a dedicated Closing Coordinator to work with you and your agent in gathering all the needed paperwork to ensure and easy closing.  

 

Kerry Goodwin has years of personal and professional experience in the area of buying and selling property.  She knows first hand what it takes to get to the closing table.  Working closely with title companies, lenders and service providers, Kerry takes the burden off of you, and gives you peace of mind that everything with your transaction is being done with professionalism and accuracy.

 

Kerry, together with her husband Glenn, have five children, Dana, Brendan, Maggie, Preston and Max. 

 

 

 

 

 

Landree Hills, Marketing Specialist

 

In today's market it is more important than ever before to list your home with proven professionals! At the Fran Campbell Team, you are not just hiring a dedicated Realtor, but also a full time Marketing Specialist who will work daily to ensure the maximum exposure of your listing to the marketplace.

 

As Marketing Specialist for the Fran Campbell Team, Landree Hills understands the importance of a strong advertising presence.  Landree will implement a continuous Online and Print marketing campaign for your listing.  This includes various real estate advertising websites, as well as social media and marketing sites such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Blogger.  She also prepares ad copy and photos for print advertisements, and creates flyers and postcards for mail promotions and campaigns.  

 

Landree along with her husband Brian have lived in the area for over 10+ years and have a beautiful little boy, Hudson. 

 

Amber Elliott, Listing & Marketing Specialist

 

As Listing & Marketing Specialist for the Fran Campbell Team, Amber not only insures your listing remains updated throughout the listing process, but she also understands the importance of a strong advertising presence.  She will implement a continuous Online and Print marketing campaign for your listing.  This includes preparing virtual tours, continuously uploading photos and verbiage to various real estate advertising websites, as well as social media and marketing sites.
